If you are successful in obtaining work with us then:

What will you do?

You will work 3 x 8.5 hour shifts at one of the off site car parks, either collecting car park ticket money or checking pre-paid car park tickets. We also cover the coach parks, assisting festival goers in unloading their luggage quickly and safely. This role can be physically demanding, so you would need to be reasonably fit for this particular task.  We also provide stewards for other traffic management duties.

What will you need while on shift?

There are no catering facilities at the car parks, therefore you need to make sure you take some provisions with you. We offer a tuck shop and a catering unit where food can be pre ordered to take with you before your shift.

Glastonbury is famous for its unpredictable weather so please bring waterproofs with you, along with sun cream and a sun hat! We want you to enjoy your Festival so please please protect yourself from the elements.

Anything else?

We endeavour to provide as many facilities as we can. You are not able to access the Festival site until Festive Lizards receives the entry tickets, usually Thursday evening. Some of you may be camping with us from the Tuesday before the festival, so please bring plenty of provisions with you and maybe even a pack of cards! Don’t forget your phone charger!

To any single applicants, fear not!! We are a very friendly and sociable bunch. You will always find someone having a beer or two and lots of interesting conversation at the meeting area.

Campsite Area

This is ours and your home for the Festival period so please treat the area with some respect. We expect you to keep the area around your tents tidy and litter free. We have plastic bags for rubbish and recycling bins are provided at the bottom of the campsite so please use them.

No campfires will be permitted in the campsite.

We operate a zero tolerance policy for drugs on camp.

We want you to have a safe and comfortable festival in the hope that you will come back in future years to work with us.
